Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by The Flow Growth, a trading name of TELEBIT, spol. s r.o., Dolná Tižina 5, 013 04 Dolná Tižina, Slovakia, IČO 36714852 ("we", "us"), to business customers ("you").
1. Service
We design, build and host websites for independent auto repair shops. The scope of each project is described on the offer page we send you and confirmed in the short setup form after your deposit.
2. Price and payment
The setup fee is shown on your offer page. Half is due as a deposit before work starts; the other half is due when the site is live on your domain and you have approved it. Hosting is billed monthly from launch at the plan you choose (Standard or Booking); the first 30 days are free. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes you may owe in your jurisdiction.
3. Delivery
We aim to have your site live within 5 working days of receiving your deposit and the setup form. If we need information from you (domain access, logo, hours), the timeline pauses until we receive it.
4. Refunds and cancellation
If you change your mind before we start work, the deposit is refunded in full. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of delivery, tell us and we will either fix it or refund everything you have paid. Hosting is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time; it stops at the end of the paid month.
5. Domain and ownership
If we register a domain for you, it is registered in your name and you own it. On full payment you own the content and design of your site. We may use a screenshot of your site as a portfolio example unless you ask us not to.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use any logo, photos and text you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information (name, phone, hours, prices) on the site.
7. Hosting and availability
We host your site on our servers with SSL and backups. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Small edits are included in your monthly plan; larger changes are agreed in advance.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profits.
9. SMS / text messaging terms
Program: The Flow Growth.
What you receive: text messages about your website demo, your order and your site's launch, plus replies to questions you ask us. Messages are one-to-one and conversational.
Frequency: varies depending on your enquiry; typically a few messages per project.
Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time and you will receive one final confirmation message, after which we will not text you again.

Consent: you only receive texts if you ticked the consent box on our form or asked us in writing to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Privacy: mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. We will always try to resolve any issue with you directly first.
